    Dave and his journeyman installed a small chandelier in my bedroom above the bed, the wires had broken off and they were able to splice wires together and hang the fixture. They completed the job in no time and the fixture is secure . I’m pleased with the work done.

    David was able to fix a ceiling fan in 5 minutes. Three other electricians had looked at it an were not able to fix it.

    They were VERY costly, but did a good job. It cost me $1900 for 2 electricians for 5 hours, which seems high to me.

I am happy that you were impressed with both the customer service and quality of the work performed in your home. While we do not charge by the hour, I do understand your concern. Many homeowners have felt the same way when a project is charged by the job and then is completed without incident. However, they've always found that our service is well worth the investment. First, because you'll always know the total before any work begins. Second, when we do encounter challenges or have to return for parts, you will never be charged for the additional time. In the case of your visit, the servicemen determined that the original circuit for the electric vehicle was improperly installed and needed to be replaced, which they did efficiently so as not to waste your valuable time. Also, please remember that we warranty all our work for 2 years, so if anything should come up just let us know and we will quickly take care of it!     When I was told that my bathroom fan would be replaced, I figured it would be the whole thing - fan assembly and enclosure. All that got replaced was the fan assembly, not the old enclosure. I guess he could have explained a little bit better what "replacing the fan" really meant.

Please know that the entire staff is provided routine customer service training to educate and explain every option to our clients and I sincerely apologize that we failed to do that on our recent visit. As we discussed during our conversation, your serviceman did inspect, clean and verify that leaving the existing enclosure in place would not present any operational issues, safety or fire risks.
