A pleasure to work with them, they were very helpful in decisions regarding our landscaping. Their work was very well done.

Most went well with the installation, and it was done in 2½ days. The cover over the trenching lines was left too high, but I was assured that it would sink to its original position. WRONG! I have been out on my hands and knees, pulling back the sod and digging out the rock and soil underneath. The day installation was finished, I noticed some water in the main control box. When called, Jeff assured me that the clay layer in the soil would eventually allow that water to seep out. I checked the next morning and the box had grown to half-full, and later in the day, it was full to the top with the cover floating on the water. After difficulty getting Jeff to come out, he arrived, inspected, and dug up the box, then indicating that his pipes were not leaking. The box continues to fill and has created a muddy mess in the location it was placed. Jeff stated that it was not his system that was leaking, however, there was never a problem before his work. Jeff has said he would not respond again without charging more. If you do take a chance on Jeff, be sure to do it through VISA so that there is recourse for the shoddy work that may be done in your case.

The thing I did not like and it is my fault for hiring them is being charged a set mount for coming out for an hour and not getting an estimate for the work and knowing what it would cost in advance. Did not have the right sprinkler heads with him had to go buy them and come back. Charged additional money with no exact time breakdown. Work done was fine.

I call them ona Monday they came out to see what we wanted and they were here the following Monday. Great work
