While the service provider was friendly, the quality of his work resulted in damage to water lines that required expensive repair by a plumber. The service provider has failed to participate in the HA Problem Resolution Process or follow up with me to resolve the matter. I, therefore, would not recommend this service provider. Update: 08/09/2020 Jeff failed miserably when he allowed debris to enter the main water line when winterizing irrigation system last October. His negligence has now cost me upwards of $5000 for plumbing repair to restore water to the house in October, and now due to rocks that infiltrated and are migrating through irrigation system more costly work to dig and- replace blocked lines. He failed to respond to my complaint filed leaving me in a financial hole. I am appalled that they are allowed to remain a PRO given his incredibly poor service to me. Advise caution when considering his services, as he has proven unreliable and a poor business person.

Very friendly and professional. Project was more complicated than I thought at first, therefore more expensive. He didn't gouge me over the additional work. Would use him again if necessary.

Jeff, the owner, did a great job installing a sprinkler system in the front and back yards. There were a few problems, but Jeff worked through them. My major concern was that we had 3 visits with him at our house, and he was late for all of them. Jeff needs to schedule his time better and be more on time.
