Mr. Ellis and Zach came to check out an overflowing washing drain within two hours of my initial call. He assessed the issues, there were several. The next morning Mr. Ellis, Zach and Ollie were at my house ready to go. The problems were solved and I am a very happy customer. They were so nice, polite and hard working. Mr. Ellis and his professional crew installed a gas pipe line so we could switch from an electric glass cooktop that chipped and cracked to a more efficient gas cooktop. They also installed the cooktop. We found Mr. Ellis to be knowledgeable, efficient, dependable and ready to explain all aspects of the process. We intend to hire The Plumbing Professionals for future projects. We are 100% satisfied.

Mr. Ellis and team were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They understood what was needed to get done and got to work. Throughout the process it was clear that Mr. Ellis has deep knowledge of old Richmond homes and how to treat them appropriately. He walked me through each of the projects that I asked them to do before the work started and again after the work was completed. They added rough-ins for a bathroom remodel and finished the fixtures, installed a new waste stack, re-plumbed my entire water supply, added a hot water heater, and replaced my water main line. The pricing was very competitive and the quality of work was unmatched. In addition, each project came with its own warranty which is a nice addition. I look forward to engaging them again for future projects and will certainly recommend The Plumbing Officials to anyone I know who needs plumbing assistance.
