The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. First, he stated that he would have to cut a hole in the wall to repair the bath tub knobs but after checking stated he could get around it. He stated that the cost would be $443 which I thought included the extra work. I should have gotten the other two estimates offered since this amount seemed to high. Although, he completed the repair in a timely manner.

Steven came in to my home in a professional and friendly manner. Diagnosed the problem with my Toto toilets, recommended the proper fix, gave me the price, which I agreed to, then proceeded to fix them. Along the way he educated me on the products he was using. I appreciated getting my problem solved promptly. Yes! I highly recommend them. I finally have a plumbing company I like.

Well,I would like to say that the guy did an excellent job replacing the new hot water heater. I just thought that the overall cost was too expensive. I really didn't have time to get two other quotes due to the leaking issue. Again, service was great, but they were too expensive.
