The tiles they put in my bathroom don't even follow a straight line - one up, one down. Awful job. Extremely disappointed.

I'm sorry your not happy with the tile work but we explained before we started the job that the new tile would not match up with the old tile. The original installation of your tile shower was done incorrectly and I explained that all the tile needed to be completely redone to do the job properly.

James was wonderful to work with. We had a leak from our guest bathroom to our family room ceiling on Sat. morning. With a big family reunion scheduled at our house starting from Mon., it was a serious emergency situation. As soon as I put in my request through the HomeAdvisor, James called and made an arrangement to come by on that same afternoon. Although we agreed on a time, he still called me in advance to let me know he is on his way and arrived at the exact time. He looked at the tub and knew immediately where the problem was and was able to fix it right away at a very reasonable cost. We are so happy to have found Plumb M. D. and look forward to using their service for all our future plumbing needs.
