The yard project I contracted with Esteban started out ok, but when he unevenly laid poor-quality sod in one section, it was anything but desirable. I objected, and was met with some coarsely abusive language. I paid most of what was owed the company in spite of Estebans awful attitude and obscenities. However, I indicated that Id only pay the rest if the nearly-dead sod recovered and after he finished laying an extra row or two of sod closer to the house as he had agreed. Unfortunately, Esteban never returned to complete the remainder of the job, which made me even more dissatisfied . As a result, I plan to continue withholding a final payment.

Great communication from the contractor on when, where, how, and how long. Crew showed up on time, and was friendly, and very attentive to my needs and concerns. The crew worked tirelessly and professionally for 2 straight days and got the job done as advertised. The job was above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with the final product. Great Job!

I have had nothing but false promises of job completion. The keys opened up on May and the job is half completed. Esteban has let me down, I would suggest you find another company for your services. I have dealt with many yard maintenance and tree trimming companies over the years but none as efficient as Thinking Green. Estavan and his crew showed up on time and needed very little direction on what was needed to clean up the property. I was also very pleased with the pricing.

Estevan and his team were absolutely wonderful. They were professional and worked very hard. I was very impressed with their work ethics and the quality of their work. I will be hiring them again in a few weeks to tackle my Lychee tree next and highly recommend his company.
