Even though it was a small job Brian did not cut corners. He taped sheeting in the door way and vanity to minimize dust. I had grout work done on my travertine floor and he recaulked my shower. The best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time.

Easy to work with! He was here when he said he would be, even worked on Saturday and Sunday! Rectified a small issue quickly and without complaint. Pricing was right inline of where we thought it should be. No complaints, would hire again! Highly recommend!

Hey Pete, I wish you would have communicated your dissatisfaction to myself directly, so I could have taken care of anything. Rather upon payment you expressed that you were happy with the work. I applied 3 coats of sealer to your tiles at no charge. I expressed to you that black grout would not be as rich of a black color as your grout that had been painted a glossy black. I made sure you knew that the unglazed/textured tiles you purchase would look matte up against the glazed/smooth tiles you were adding on to. It is my apology if things were lost in our communication, I will do my best to clarify things like this better in the future!
