Total Construction did a great job with a challenging repair to the exterior of our house. They provided great value for the work done. The work looked beautiful and the team took extra care with all the details and finishing touches. Communication and customer service were both excellent. We were extremely pleased with the end result.

I hired Total Construction to re-caulk the exterior of a home with stucco which adjoins stone. It was a relatively small job and a number of other companies were not interested in doing it. The owner was very responsive, both by telephone and email and he quickly scheduled a visit to see what the job would entail. He also quickly gave me an estimate. Just a few days later his crew arrived, on time, to complete the job. They did an excellent job. The owner was involved throughout and took great pride in getting the work done timely and well. I would recommend Total Construction for this type of work and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was so impressed with Total Construction that upon completion of the stucco replacement project for which I hired the company, I hired it for 3 additional projects. The owner was active on the project and carefully managed his team of three others. The price was very fair. They did a great job and cleaned up completely after the work was done. I highly recommend them.

It has been a couple of months since the stucco repair work on my house was completed. The owner of the company was active in all the work that was done. Also, the job was done very well. He even located other potential problems and offered his services. Unfortunately, the price I paid was a bit higher than what I paid for similar repairs, so I did not have the additional work done. Given better pricing, I would recommend this contractor very highly.
