    Jake was very quick to call me back, and he scheduled my job very quickly. The work was excellent quality, and I just can't say enough about how responsive he was and how and fast he fit the job in to their schedule. His team did amazing work.

    Owner was extremely easy to work with. Honest, upfront and got the job done. I felt like the price for the brick + mortar / silicon crack work was really fair considering the other folks who quoted us. I want to mention other companies who quoted us try to up-sell us on scaping instead of just doing what we wanted which was some in-depth mortar repair. Also, we had other companies tell us they could only patch the mortar up which would have left things looking odd. Point is, Total Masonry and Waterproofing actually offered to grind out the existing mortar across the entire porch and steps + completely re-mortar everything so things looked good across the board. This is a 30-year-old home so there was a lot to be done. They knocked it very quickly and efficiently. They also did an excellent job at cleaning up / siliconing some cracks on the cement slab on our front porch - these were created during some recent polyfil we had installed. Good group - efficient group who completed the work - really nice guys! Would definitely recommend.

    Great company to do business with. Very responsive. Came out and gave estimate and was able to do our repair the same day. Repair was done very well, quicker than we expected and at a good fair price. Had all the tools to complete job. Checked for any other damage and had us evaluate the work done before leaving. Would highly recommend for brick repair. Jake was very nice and personable and easy to deal with. Great expierence. Date of repair 6/27/17

    I had a few cracked bricks on exterior of my home. When I submitted request, Mr. Helms came that day to give estimate. The next day he did the work for a reasonable price and matched the bricks perfectly.

    I called Jake Helms one day and he came the next day to begin and finish a repair to 2 sections of brick on the front of my 12 yr old home. He matched the mortar perfectly (which, from what I've been told by other contractors, is nearly impossible). He quoted a fair price, emailed an invoice later that night and arrived the next day at the time he said he would. I would highly recommend Jake Helms of Total Masonry and Waterproofing!!
