The owner came out to evaluate the problem the same night (Thursday). A new opener was definitely needed and he advised me of different brands, types (belt, screw, chain), He worked me into his schedule on a holiday weekend. Friday evening he came out and installed the new opener. Very professional, courteous, informative, thorough and efficient. All new sensor lines were installed. After completion, he explained how everything worked and was very thorough. I would highly recommend this company - reasonably priced, polite, knowable and professional.
