Charles contacted me quickly by phone and answered my initial questions. He arrived at my rental property on time and conducted several tests to establish and confirm the problem with the furnace. He got the part which needed to be replaced, installed it and tested the system several times to verify it was working properly. He was knowledgable, pleasant and had the problem resolved in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. This was my first time using Home Advisor and I was very pleased.
