Reviews
Write a ReviewChris, the propriety of walnut ridge construction, brought a great skill set to our remodeling project in terms of concept, design, execution, and completions. His standards were the highest, and were carried out wit the craftsmen ship of Eric and Joosh, who had to correct many flaws of our original builder. If it did not meet the high standards, it was redone until it was right. you might find cheaper, but I dont think you will find better.
Communication is a problem. Even when you text, chris doesn't get back to you for a few days. This was especially a problem at the onset of the job but also throughout the job. And when you have questions he's never there at the job site. His actual worker Eric is a great guy, but you can't really have a in depth discussion with him because he's not the boss, he's just the worker bee. I had no problem with Eric. I could go on and on but I think if there was better communication with the boss hog certain things would not have to be done twice.
We used this company for a small bathroom remodeling project. The contractor, Chris, provided excellent service and advice, and is very patient and open to client input. They are busy so if you're interested in starting a project a month out I would recommend them highly as they are worth the wait.
Contractor contacted me based on an e-mail from Home Advisor before the appointment I had set with a Home Advisor representative. Set up an appointment to meet at 5:00 the following Saturday afternoon. 5:00 came and went, and I had to call him to remind him. When he arrived he took some notes and told me that he would send a written proposal by e-mail on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, and I did not receive the proposal until Wednesday. I accepted his proposal, and agreed that he would do the work on Wednesday and Thursday, Sept 21 and 22. He said that he would be arriving at 8:00 am on Wednesday. 8:00 Wednesday came and went, and I had to call him to find out that he was on his way. After that, it went without incident. We are happy with our new stairs. They are sturdier than those that they replaced ever were.
We will be using them again
