They contacted me very quickly and did the job promptly.
Good job!
Arrived on time estimated project before started under estimate remove all debris from job very courteous
Never been spoken to by someone hired to do something for me, ever. Yelled at me when asked, just asked about the 3.75% charge for credit cards. He must of been having a bad day but he started screaming at me. After charging $180 to repair water heater but didn't work so I needed it replaced. Very unprofessional
We do have you on a recorded line that you started cussing first and being upset. We will completely professional unless someone wants to take it another level. Act like a Karen and we will give it back , thanks and have a wonderful day.
Review by C. Benton in Easley, SC The installers were extremely courteous and caring regarding my property. They removed all debris and left nothing for me to pick up. They arrived on time and were very professional. Yes, I would hire again and recommend them to anyone.
Arrive when expected. Replaced defective pressure relief value and a section of Shark-bite from last install. Tested for pressure and leaks - everything was good. Had them give me an estimate for replacing old copper water pipes thru-out the house. Great employees and fair pricing. I recommend them and will use again.
Arrived on time & were very professional
I will hire again
They sent a plumber who had only been on the job for about 2 weeks. I hired them to repair a shower control in a bathroom. There are 2 baths in the house and the bathtubs back up to each other and share a wall. The plumber informed me that he would have to remove 1 of the showers. Both are 1 piece fiberglass shower units originally installed in the 1970s. He gave me a quote and said he could complete the job in about 4 hours. I told him I doubted that he could complete the work in that time, but he assured me he could. Since I had just completed renovating both baths, he also said that the bath would look the same as it was, when he started the job. The house is empty and he started the job on a Friday. He called me and said he had run into problems and would be back Saturday morning at 7:30. I arrived at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning and the bathroom was practically destroyed. The shower unit was moved out, but the drywall surrounding the unit was destroyed. I had also installed a custom framed mirror, which was damaged on one edge. The new tile floor had a broken tile. He said he could not complete the job that day because he had to get a new control. I went to a home appliance store and bought a new control and ran to the hardware store several times that day to get supplies that he needed. I was determined to have the job completed that day. The owner, Walter Taylor showed up around 2:00 PM and stayed about an hour. I am sure he was as shocked as I was upon seeing the bathroom. The plumber completed the plumbing work around 6 and left me to clean up. I returned Sunday morning and the faucet was leaking, the drain was not assembled correctly and there was only warm water coming out. I called the owner Monday morning and he told me he fired the plumber and would send someone to make the repairs on Wednesday. No one showed on Wednesday or Thursday. I left another message with the owner on Thursday afternoon. I ended up making the plumbing repairs myself and am now installing new drywall and fixing the mirror and floor tile, I had given the plumber a check for $1400 and ended up putting a stop payment on the check. I do not think anyone had tried to cash the check. I can understand getting a plumber who botches a job like this, but I cannot understand why I business owner does not stand by his work. I only wanted the plumbing fixed and was willing to fix the bathroom walls and floors at my own expense and time.
Yes sir you are 100% correct. It is my fault . The plumber I fired did other jobs as well and between trying to make other jobs correct and doing other calls it made us extremely behind. I dropped the ball for not responding again due to all the mess he put the company in. I am sorry for what was done I try my best to not to do business like this. That guy was a joke and cost the company lots of money. I should called and kept in touch with you. For everything I am deeply sorry.
