Justin was hired to replace my pool liner. I removed the old liner and prepared the sand. He charged me $400 to place the liner in the pool, then wanted extra to complete the installation. I paid it. Eventually he completed the install, which leaked from both hose attachments. He had cracked the plate on one. I don't know what caused the leak on the other. He told me he was coming to fix it day after day but didn't show up half the time and didn't fix the problems the other half. It has now been over a week. The water ($300 worth) is spoiled and I've been waiting for him all day....again. He said he'd come this morning after he said he's come yesterday and then refused. He told me he couldn't get the part but I found it in one phone call just minutes from my house. I began to search him to learn more as I suspect he will not refund the money I paid him. I found his rap sheet. Research Virginia Beach Courts before you consider hiring him and allowing him on your property. Also look into Wavy10's coverage of his criminal activity. I intend to sue, and make public his abuse of his customers.

I really thought he would do right by us. I payed $400 for a dirty pool and a flooded back yard. In other words I payed for nothing! I tried calling to get a resolution and was hung up on. Today is my daughter's birthday and all she wanted to do is swim in our pool. Unfortunately, that couldn't happen. So hurt and disappointed. I would not recommend Justin Cafferty's service. I really thought he was a good person. I was mistaken.

Came and helped the next day after I talked to him. Fixed a problem I didnâ t know I had along with what I needed
