This is definitely a bang for your buck. The owner, Veselka, is a great personality and really great to work with. They are extremely timely and can work on very short notice. The quality of the cleaning is very high. Highly recommend this service.

Cleaning was very good and customer service for set up was very good. We ended up booking them for bi-weekly cleaning becuase we were very satisifed with their services.

To be fair, I was pleased with the first cleaning, although the hire arrived much later than requested; the second occurence was not as great, also had tardiness issues. I needed a specific cleaning project that was not done.

We are sad and surprised at the same time to hear that feedback from Mrs.Stephayne R.because we were told that the job was performed good.After every cleaning performed the lady was pleased due to our phone conversations. We Mean Clean believes that when the client say that is happy with the service this is really what they mean and we are truly sorry if anyone felt like the job was not performed the way it should be a while after the service was done.

Mrs.Jackie L. assured us that the cleaning was great she even rehire us and then asked for discounts which we were unable to give her due to the larger size of her home which she have not even mentioned the first time when she hire us.She demanded the service to come back second day and we did not charge her because the job was so much so my service could not finish it in one 7hours day. We are unhappy with the low rating and we certainly think its unfair!
