West Shore Home removed our old shower/tub unit and replaced it with an amazing new step-in shower in just six hours. I was very pleased with the workmanship of the installers (Mathew and Waylynn) as well as their courtesy and professionalism. Would recommend this service to anyone who needed it.

Dax Aleman is who we talked to about installing a walk in shower. He was very polite and answered all our questions. Daniel, Spencer and Shadow did a great job on our shower. They were very friendly and did a fantastic job in cleaning up.

Professionalism, was my first impression of this company. Sales contact, (Chris Kohlmeir). to office follow up. From installation crew arrival on time (Aaron and Zak)From professional installation, to job clean up. The project was done with speed and attention to detail. All in all a job well done. I will use this company in the near future for another project

While we had some problems with the scheduling department, they ultimately brought in a team from Lexington, KY to do our installation. I can't say enough positive about the 5 man install crew led by Tyler T. They were the MOST professional home services team, I've ever worked with. They kept us informed of their arrival time, were polite and appreciative of the lunch we provided. The entire team was friendly and respectful. They treated our property with respect. They cleaned up all the scraps and trash they generated while pulling out old windows and installing the new ones. Listening to their conversations, they clearly respected one another and helped one another, which gives us confidence of a job well done. Hats off, not only to their leader Tyler but to Cameron H, Wesley H, Trevor J and Brian R. They are all welcome at our home again. BTW, the windows are great as well!!
