We recently had our bathroom tub/shower combination replaced with a shower by Matthew Montefoseo and Chad Berlin of West Shore Home. The installers did a fabulous job! They came on time, were courteous and respectful, and after 9ish hours, left my home cleaner than it was when they walked in. Our sales rep, Matthew McBride was great also. We had a small issue with the showerhead not being the one we had requested, and he came personally the next day to bring the correct one to us.

Lucas Kimbrough was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, arrived early and was so polite! He listened to my concerns and needs and not only met them, but exceeded them! The project was removing a cast iron tub and tile surround and replacing it with an acrylic pan and walls to create a walk-in shower that went to the ceiling (all in 6 hours!). The shower turned out beautiful, I can't wait to use it! Also, the bathroom was cleaner afterward than when Lucas arrived. THANK YOU WEST SHORE HOME! I'll be calling again for some window replacements next!

We went from a fiberglass tub/shower unit to a custom, on site, built to fit, walkin shower. We are pleased with the product and the installation crew did a great job of cleaning up and removing old tub and debris. Thank you WEST SHORE HOME and the crew of Michael Rowe, Chad Berlin, Daniel, Aaron.

It was everything that Stone promised us in the beginning. The project was completed in a day with a minimum interruption to our daily routine. The installers, Jeremiah and Tom, were true professionals. They did an excellent job and we are thrilled with the results.

Daniel Pierce and Tom Foxton were very cordial and knowledgeable and completed their installation of my new shower in a timely manner. After their work was finished, everything was neat and orderly and there was no debris anywhere in my bathroom or garage.
