Installers Kimball and Freddy did an amazing job on my shower install. The we're very kind and pleasant to work with. I am going to have knee surgery and wouldn't be able to get into my old tub. Thank you West Shore Home, I love my new shower!

Kimball and Nathan went above and beyond when they installed my new shower! They kept my house clean and kindly tolerated my very loud dog, who barked at them when they came inside. During the install, there was a bit of surprise with how far beneath the ground the P trap was; they called in a master plumber and were able to replace it with a new one. Even though it added extra time and labor to the install, they didn't rush or get sloppy near the end of the day. They were able to finish the entire install in one day. I'm so happy with how the whole project turned out. Thank you Kimball and Nathan!

The installers Kimball and Fredy were very professional, courteous and attentive to details. They kept us informed throughout the process and encouraged us to feel free to look at the progress. Our sales manager and representative Vincent Sharp Araceli were awesome during our consultation. Thank you Araceli for going to the Nursing Home afterwards to discuss this with my mother. My mother (78y.o) was very ill and wanted to be home for recovery but was unable to get into her deep tub. My mothers eye lit up brightly when she saw the finished product, saying . I love it and thank you so very much . Mom enjoyed her shower today.

Kimball and Fredy were great to work with installing our new walk-in shower. Evan helped walk us through the initial process to fit a shower for our 6'8" son. Kimball and Fredy were great about making sure we understood the process along the way. Clean up was great and we absolutely love the finished product. (This is the 2nd bathroom we had done because we loved their work and the lifetime warranty.)

Kyle was our installer, he did a great job considering the issues that arose. He was proficient, clean, and detailed in his work. Kyle was cordial and concerned about our satisfaction. Annamarie was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our decisions. The shower door we wanted was not installed at the time of completion, we are still waiting. A different door was installed until the one we wanted arrives.

Installers Kyle, Evan, Shelby were the best. Very efficient, polite and enjoyable to have in our home for the day. They were careful and respectful and fun to be around Our sales rep, was Yahvel was terrific as well. Very informative and answered all our questions and did a great job demonstrating the product.
