From beginning to end, Araceli H., Edwin E., Evan J., and Sylvain (Sly) L. made my tub to shower conversion painless. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, with a strong work ethic, and strived to satisfy my needs. Any work done done on a 73 year old house comes with issues. This team of experts have amazing problem solving abilities and worked together to resolve those issues. They deserve a score of 10. I love my new walk-in shower and highly recommend West Shore Home!

West Shore Home did an amazing job replacing our existing tub/shower combination with a walk-in shower. We took our time selecting the right company to do our work. After reviewing and evaluating four companies, we selected West Shore Home. The quality of their materials, the design and installation being all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors), they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 4.8 out of 5.0 rating with Google was why we selected West Shore Home. Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. From start to finish the project was well cooridnated. Personable Shelby took the time to go through the many options, answered all of my questions and even helped me with color coordination. No hard sell. Very honest, very helpful, very sweet. The installers, Tai and Nathan were methodic, knowlegable and efficient. They worked fast, but not too fast. Step by step eveything was precise. They kept me well informed every step of the way. Tai and Nathan are friendly and answered even my silliest questions without judgement. I highly recommend this company. Jeff and Evan and Chris were wonderful. They were efficient and respectful. They did an amazing job. They worked thru issues ,this is an older home, so they were able to complete the job in one day as promised. I can't stop smiling every time I walk past my bathroom and look in. I'm very very pleased.

There were pictures taken of the project before and after, which can be viewed. I didnâ  t know how it could be accomplished in just two working days, but they pulled it off. I was skeptical because I know what was involved with this type of project.

Jeff and Evan laid drop cloths in all the pathways and cleaned up all the mess from taking out a 45 year old tub! They worked hard continually and excellent workmanship!
