Garden tub and shower were removed and a tub/shower combo with surround was installedâ ¦Hats off to Mike, Manny, Cesar and Riley for your hard workâ ¦My new tub/shower combo is perfection!!!â ¦5 star ratingâ ¦Highly recommend this companyâ ¦

Met with Sales representative who asked what we wanted and quoted a price. However, he did not appear to translate our wishes into the work order. Did not get the bench I was quoted with the price. Contacted Sales representative who stated it would be another $2,500 because he forgot. Called supervisor who stated he would call back. This was on 1/15/24, no call back and no resolution. Bathroom is not complete due to no bench and shower head leaks. Still waiting for a call for some resolution about the bench on 1/26.

The two gentlemen that did the work, Randy T. and Shane B. were extremely professional and looked like they really enjoyed what they were doing. The company is very fortunate to have them working for them. When it came time to bring in the cover for the glass doors they noticed that there was a small scratch on it. Showed it to me and said that they were going to have a team come in and replace it. Well the next morning we had a team show up and they replaced the cover, I know thatâ s not what you call it but itâ s the bar at the top of the glass doors. Thank you very much.

Had great experience with West Shore Homes when Robert was out finishing up the project. This company has delivered on everything they said and has kept me up to date and been on time at all house visits.

What a great experience with West Shore Home. Kyle, Dennis and Riley came to our house on time, 8 am when promised and worked until 7 PM to have our new beautiful shower installed. The level of professionalism is outstanding. West Shore really cares about you the customer. Also another amazing thing was that their management stopped by. District manager and project manager. Brandon made the whole decision-making experience of doing a complete master shower remodel, including the financing, a breeze. West Shore Homes called with an earlier availability for install so got it quicker than expected. Kyle and Dennisâ crew showed up on time and prepared. Work was accomplished expeditiously, professionally and beautifully. The results were amazing! I expected a mess from this major remodel yet when everything was completed, the work area was cleaner than they found it. No left over messes, entire crew was exceptionally polite and professional, work was completed ahead of schedule and I was very impressed overall.
