They called and rescheduled for an earlier date which was great. They called again before they came. Two young men came and did 3 different plumbing fixes. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Have recommended to my son who will call them soon. Five stars.

John and his assistant fixed our AC unit issue very quickly and were pleasant. Price was little high for their 15 minutes on site. They said a bug had gotten in between an electrical connector and that's what had caused the AC unit to go out.

John contacted me shortly after I started my project on HomeAdvisor, even though it was late in day. He was able to come out the next day and quickly finished the troubleshooting and needed repairs. I feel the amount he charged was fair for the level of service I received. He will be my first call the next time I need some HVAC help.

John Wilson and his employees were very professional and very fast. They came out on Thursday to give an estimate and were able to work me in the next day. The work was well done and finished very quickly. I will use them again if the need arises.

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys; specifically John. John grew up in the Charleston area and played youth sports; ice hockey for the West Virginia Wild for one, a terrific youth program actually; but that's another topic. This is most certainly NOT a "throw the local guy a bone" situation. John has been in the business for a while and his company handles big commercial jobs, REALLY big jobs, along with the more routine residential jobs like mine. Do NOT let his relative youth fool you; John takes his business seriously. He's humble, hard-working and has the customer service instincts and philosophy for which corporate America pays consultants big money. I received a call from John 4 minutes after clicking on Home Advisor. He showed up the next day, not at the original time but he communicated with me throughout the day. Why not the original time? John had something significant stolen which the police had just recovered and he needed to go identify the item. He called me as he was with the police to give me an ETA. He showed up, took his shoes off, and, while I was showing him the main issue, I mentioned I was looking for a thinner filter to make it easier to change. He grabbed his phone, excused himself to go get a tool from the truck and when he returned, told me I'd have the filter on Monday. We talked while he worked and John was happy to answer each of my questions like it was the first time he'd ever been asked; although he's heard some variation of my Joe-homeowner questions a gazillion times. How's that for engaging the customer at 6:30 on a Friday night with one more job to do? John finished up and left. John had to return to make an adjustment and, as promised, brought my new filter. After doing some modifications to the unit, John advised me that I didn't actually need the expensive, thinner filter he'd ordered for me and took it back. What??!! I'm in the service industry and also take it seriously. I routinely share my experiences as a customer, exceptional or poor, with our group. My experience with John is most definitely the former and I'll be sharing it very soon. If John's company was public, I'd buy all the stock I could afford. Since it isn't, I'll just keep calling him for HVAC stuff. I'd suggest you do the same.
