I was connected by phone to this company and the gentleman I spoke to, Serge, was patient and understanding, he walked me through the process with a few questions, quickly identified what needed to be done. He was assigning two guys for the job to be done early in the morning, Tony and someone else. The two gentlemen came to my home promptly, were extremely professional in every aspect, including letting me know when they were going to the store to get parts. They completed the job in a timely manner and I was given a thorough and clear explanation of what caused the wiring issue. The cost was minimal and we definitely got our moneyÂ’s worth.

Electrician charged hourly and didn't want to seem to work. Not very friendly.

I'm sorry you weren't Happy with our service's, We always tell our customers If there's a hourly charge before arriving. Unfortunately troubleshooting is based on hourly due to the process of investigation of your electrical problem. If there's anything we can do to make you happier we would love to do so thanks..
