Chris was the only one out of 10 other foundation companies to tell us exactly what was going on with our home. Crew was sent out to begin work, and they cleaned up after the repairs made it look like nothing even happened. Would definitely recommend Chris and this comoanybto others for foundation repair. We will be hiring again for their other services of concrete work.

I hired this company to pour a new sidewalk. The workers did not know concrete very well. They made mistakes that I constantly had to try and correct, they did not slope correctly or screet correctly, they did not ensure to vibrate the work causing an air bubble defect in at least one spot, they rushed the last day and screwed up the color in many sections. After my last review, the owner called me the next day, wanting to make it right. After giving several opportunities, communication has stopped, and no one seems interested in making this right. Do business elsewhere. This guy is only interested in your money, and once he has that, it is over. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Texas AGs office as my next step.

I have been budgeting to get my house foundation repairs for the last year and Xpert Foundationâ s was the most affordable and willing to work with the budget I gave them. Even so, they did Amazing job installing beams into my house foundation.

Hussle culture swindlers. I hired these folks even though they were the highest bidder because of their stellar google reviews and because they seemed to have a plan of action. They promised a structural engineer's review of the project, and I agreed with the salesman, Chris, that no lifting needed to be done on the house. Once the project started, I was inundated with requests to increase the scope of the project. Many of the increased charges were highly predictable and should have been in the original estimate. All told, the bill came in $7,000 over budget. This, after I allowed them to save money by dumping tons of excavated material on my property instead of removing it like originally promised. They never sent out a structural engineer that I paid for. They lifted part of my house several inches with no explanation, after specifically agreeing not to, ruining my sliding glass door, siding, and causing my walls to bow out at the top. And 13 months after I paid the final bill, they have not been back to remove their jacks from under the house. The project is incomplete and my house has suffered untold damage and my savings is drained. I have been fleeced.
