Shawn did an excellent job replacing and installing vinyl skirting in the back of my mother’s mobile home. He also replaced boards around her shed. Both jobs were a job well done and he didn’t break the bank. I knew I wanted to hire Shawn at the time of the free estimate. He took out his measuring tape, measured, and looked at the project, stated what needed to be done with replacing the skirting, and sent the proposal. I signed and he did an excellent job. I would have Shawn again to do future projects.

Shawn Boyd, Boyd Builders, did a full reno in our main bathroom and did a fantastic job- from floor to installing cabinets, to lining up plumbers and electricians. He managed all timelines. Shawn created a beautiful design around our shower niche and and knee wall. Not only was his work meticulous he is super tidy, which was something we really appreciated. Iâ d say shop no further. We already have jobs lined up for future work with him!

Shawn listened to our needs and followed through. The project was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. The quality of work is excellent. This is the 2nd project he has completed for us and we would definitely hire him again.

Shawn took on a project that we had been unable to get bids for in the past. He was very conscientious, communicated well and was very fair in his pricing. It turned out that he was able to salvage the aluminum trim and saved us $100 in the process. We are going to use him again.

Shawn responded to our request the same day. He diagnosed the location of a roof leak in a few minutes and repaired it immediately and then went onto the roof and noted that there were missing shingles on the back with exposed plywood. He completely replaced the roof a few days later and did not exceed his estimate for the job. We were very favorably impressed with his work ethic and his honesty.

Shawn Boyd is a professional and personable individual who is clearly a master at his trade. He helps when you need it and will get it done on time and on budget. It is refreshing to meet a contractor who approaches relationship building as if the entire world is a small town.
