Working with Fernando and Express Builders was great. They were timely, with no surprises, and did a good job. As always, removing siding and trim around a whole house uncovered more damage than originally visible, and they went above my expectations to keep the cost in line while doing the job the right way. When necessary (replacing an old screen door), the quote for additional work was very fair. With materials shortages everywhere, they did a great job of setting, and beating, project expectations. We had to wait a few weeks for materials, but they ended up starting a couple days early and finishing faster than expected. No complaints. Would definitely use them again.

Jorge Ayala and his brother came to my house on Friday to see what I need done - replace the left side of a 2 story home. They would replace the old "wrapping". He also said that I needed 3 window screens replaced and damage to a piece of siding in front of my house. He quoted me a price of $4000 and they would begin that following Monday. True to his word, Jorge and his 2 man crew arrived on Monday morning with everything they needed and went to work. They worked until dusk and came back early Tuesday morning to recall and clean everything up. I am so happy! They hauled EVERYTHING AWAY and the house looks great! I would hire Jorge for any exterior jobs I have for my house.

4 companies contacted did not respond or did not want to repair aluminum siding as they specialized on vinyl siding. Express Builders, LLC performed the repairs and it looks great.

After more than a week, Express Builders only had a partial quote for the windows, trim, and gutters work that I needed done. Takes too long to get a complete quote for the project.to be done

Amazing to work with! They came out to do the estimate and gave us a one hour window and then called when they were thirty minutes out. After taking a look they gave us an estimate and offered to fix it right there. They were quick and the quality of work was great! Highly recommend and I will be calling them first in the future.

I could not be more impressed with Express Builders, LLC. I got seven (7) estimates which were all too high for my budget. Express Builders, LLC were the only ones who would work with me to do a custom job and fit my budget. We discussed what trip would get wrapped, what would get repaired and what would just get painted. It was a big job and they visited several times to complete and the quality was outstanding. Josue and Fernando were great at listening to my needs and making suggestions. They kept me informed throughout the process. You can't go wrong with these guys for trim install/repair.
