Bill does not have enough knowledge or experience with epoxy countertops as he claims. He came out to do ours and he did it incorrectly, so had to redo it 3 times in one week, leaving us without a useable kitchen. After the 3rd time, it is still not done correctly as the countertops are still wet and sticky even after 6 days. He refuses to give us any money back to get it fixed properly, so no we are out a lot of money, time, and still left with unusable kitchen countertops. He is not a licensed contractor and does not have a business license, so beware.

I can not express enough of my willingness to help fix the area that needed attention with your countertop. I do have proper training and experience with these chemicals. Unfortunately, I was unable to avoid the lesson I learned with a recommended new procedure. Our goal is always transparency, honesty, customer satisfaction, and a high-quality standard. my deepest apologies for your dissatisfaction.
