Austin Angejun and I came to an agreement, for building of a boat dock. Agreement was no cash deposit and payment in cash upon completion. On the day to start he cried poverty, wanted cash for specific amount of work to be completed and upon completion I would pay him the cash amount. 1/3 way through he stopped and demanded 2 1/2 times the amount in advance prior to continuing. He and his partner threw a temper tantrum when I would make payment until work is completed. I even offer 50% in cash if he guaranteed to return and finish the next day. He refused, changed his business name to SWFL Tikihut and Dock and after checking (which I should have done previously) none of his business names used have a contractors license anywhere in West coast of Florida.He made threats, made racial slurs, and proceeded ripped, chainsawing the 1/3 work he did and damaging and purposely cutting several pilings. I worried for my and my wife's safety during the outrage.

Response from Company:

This is absolute lie, this customer did not want to pay a deposit for materials or anything I showed up with 5000$ in materials set pilings with my barge and framed 3/4 of the dock. Customer was supposed to pay deposit the start date of construction which he did not. The job was only half done because supposedly the contractors before "vanished" but after talking to them customer did not want to pay them as well.
