As the Director of Maintenance for a luxury comdomunium complex. It was great to hire out several oddend jobs to JJ. He was right on time for our meeting. I walked him through the various areas og my building and what I wanted him to do. I was extremlly impressed with his knowledge base and attention to detail. JJ's custmer service wad incredibule ad we have many tenants that was coming in and out of the areas JJ was working. All of my residents were impressed with his energy and how orderly his work space was. He did a great job cleaning up each area as he completed his work. Over all a very enjoyable experence and will defintly use him again.
