James was amazing. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Legacy Garage Door. James added 2 new HD torsion springs, 2 end bearing plates, and 10 new roller wheels all within an hour. He probably would have finished sooner but he was explaining what he was doing as I was watching him work.

They were late on the arrival time. When they got here they started to work and did a vey good job. They did not have all the parts with them which made the job long than should have taken. The person that took the call did not ask the height of the door, so the rail was to short.
