Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Please see attached before and after pictures. Bill was professional, courteous, on time. He takes personal pride in the work he does and does not consider the job done until he and the client are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Bill for tile cleaning/restoration work.

We had a really embedded circle battery acid stain on our quartz countertop- in such a visible place. Bill had never seen anything like it. He said he would try his best, and would charge accordingly to his success or not. He worked hard on the area for hours. It wasnâ t â perfectâ in his eyes. I was not believing that we wouldnâ t notice the repair day-in and day-out, but that is exactly what happened. Can you see it if you specifically look when the light hits it exactly in one spot, yes! But daily we donâ t see it. What a miracle worker! We thought for sure we would have to get a new quartz countertop! Bill is very knowledgeable and really cares and really knows his stuff!!

Bill basically saved us from having to replace all of our granite countertops! The area in front of the kitchen sink developed a huge and deep crack that ran the length of the sink and more. Bill cut out the chunk that enabled us to put in a drop In farmhouse sink and then repaired the remaining hairline crack. He cleaned, buffed and polished all the countertops so that they look brand new! Bill had warned us that cutting the granite would be messy and there would be dust everywhere. However, if there was dust, he cleaned it up and left the area immaculate. Bill worked diligently and other than the noise of when he was cutting the stone, you would not have known he was here! I highly recommend his workmanship plus he was a joy to have in our home! Kudos to a true professional and gentleman!
