Robert, the owner, repaired the wall on the side of the building in October 2023. He wrote on the contract that there was a 25-year warranty, What started out as a $1700 job turned into $25,000. I was not there when he started. He showed me a brick via FaceTime that he happened to pull out of the wall on the first day of the job and told me that the wall was in danger of collapsing. I did not want to take the chance that he was right or that this could occur, so I let him continue. On March 23, 2024, we had one of those heavy rainstorms. Water came in through the exact same spot that he supposedly fixed in October and guaranteed for 25 years. I called him and left him multiple messages that the same spot that leaked before was leaking again. I had to wait days before I got a returned phone call. He supposedly was away and would not be back until April 8. April 8 arrived and there was still no response from Robert. I tried reaching him many times. There was no response. I finally reached him on or about May 1, 2024. He said he would come down on Saturday, May 11 to fix the wall. May 11 came and went; Robert did not show or call. I have been trying to reach him ever since. In the meantime, I still have an open area in the wall that he supposedly repaired and the same ceiling damage as before the job was started. I did not want to post this, but he left me no choice. He is unreliable, and I would never recommend him for anything. I want him to honor his guarantee and fix the job properly or give me a full refund so that I can have the job done properly.

I had Thompsons to repair my roof and chimney they done a wonderful job at a great price. I would highly recommend them! They very easy to talk to, understanding and reliable. I felt that the work was completed to my full expectations and more. I could not have chosen a better company yo go with.

Thomsons rebuilt our front porch. The slab was sagging, pulling the roof askew. The Thomsons guys removed the old slab, poured a new one, straightened the roof and propped it up with great pillars. Really nice guys to have on the job. They will be coming back to repoint our chimney. Thanks Thomsons would give you more than 5 stars but dosnt allow me

Robert and heâ s crew did a great job , on my fieldstone foundation repair , they are very professional everything was done according to specs , the crew worked very hard there attention and detail was advanced, definitely would hire them again for any masonry needs
