We are in the process of selling our home and we had several items that needed to be addressed concerning our basement. Jeff did a very thorough job of evaluating the situation and made a recommendation to fix the problem. The price was very fair and reasonable. He did a great job fixing the problem as well.

Workers were actually early and completed job ahead of schedule. All work was done well.

I would highly recommend C&J. They showed up on time (actually a little early) and quickly assessed my sump pump issues. They were completely honest with the assessment and gave me options for the fix.

Very helpful and knowledgable and I feel very confident that the work done was done well. They also worked me into their schedule of other projects so the work was done quickly. They replaced the pipe for water to flow from my sump pump to the street and very cleanly tore up and put back my lawn. I am very impressed. It almost looks like i wasn't dug up! they also replaced the portion of the sump pump piping that was right against the outside of my house. My sump pump wasn't working that well - had to be jiggled to engage it - so they came back the next day and replaced the old with a new sump pump and back up sump pump system.. Finally a new dehumidifies was suggested which he told me I could get cheaper online. I ordered it and have it up and running.

Highly recommended. We had gotten several estimates with some of the more well-known basement guys, but C & J went over exactly what was needed (and what could wait). Gave us the best price by far. Jeff and his crew were very thorough and we could not be happier with our results.

Initially received quote for replacing a support beam with dry rot in it. It was then discovered that the support beam was not supporting anything and contractor contacted me to share a new plan which was much better than replacing the old beam. Contractor kept the price the same and was very professional through the entire process. He kept me up to date as things changed and the quality of the work was impressive. The company worked efficiently and professionally, even finishing the project early by half a day. I would highly recommend them for any basement project!!
