Our sump pump died during a storm. Jeff responded promptly and explained the full scope of the project for a satisfactory outcome: the drainage system outside would need to be repaired along with a new spump pump. The sump pump was replaced the next day, and a temporary fix to the drainage system was affected. This project was undertaken during an extremely wet period. We had to wait for the weather to become dryer to be able to finish the drainage portion of the project . When the weather was dryer, the outdoor portion of the project was completed satisfactorily completed. Excellent work with an excellent outcome!

Awesome service. Quick response arrived within an hour of calling. Very knowledgable. Honest as to our sump needs and explained issues in a manner that I clearly understood. Did not charge for items we did not need. I would not hesitate to use this awesome company again. I will be recommending them strongly to others.

When I called Jeff, he was extremely responsive and made me feel like he dropped everything to assist with our sump pump issue. I had called several plumbers and had a few quotes prior to him. He was not the lowest, but he was worth the small difference given his quality of work, professionalism, responsiveness and honesty. I would definitely recommend Jeff/C&J Plumbing to others!

Jeff was very courteous and very helpful, He explained everything that needed to be done and he did just that. He worked as quickly as he possible could.. As of 7PM on Friday April 3,2015, my new sump pump was working very well
