Service and work was great. The mandatory fuel surcharge was and unexpected and unappreciated surprise.

Worked hard and there to please.

We had 2 technicians come to our house, the first was not made aware of our 8 foot tall door so they didn't have the rail to install same day, this ended up being fine because we really wanted to ask questions and get answers on this visit. The man that came was ok with us asking about buying the Costco Chamberlin system and advised us that while the internet connectivity is cool, it's web based system isn't always "up" and if we don't have good cell phone signal the whole thing could be pointless. We ended up going with his recommended system and with our schedule they booked us the next appointment that worked for us at a good time. The date came and we received a text with a picture of the tech that was coming as well as a phone call that he was on his way, as we are in a new neighborhood request for directions was understood and they both were understanding in our directions and arrived as scheduled. The garage door opener was installed on "wind-pocalypse" day as we're calling it, and I believe the wind hit one of the new lines to the wall button and knocked out its function after the first use... the only negative I can give in our experience isn't the fact this happened it was the person I called to get this addressed, she acted as if I was anew customer, asked me for the same information a few times and generally didn't show empathy for a failure of the installed system by her company... we were scheduled for the next day appointment. The next day we received a call from their office asking if they could come by earlier since someone else on our street was getting their opener installed, this worked out great for us and the same text and call before arrival was received. The tech walked in and understood right away what happened and had it working in less than 5 minutes. Overall very very happy and would recommend this company.

Great people to work with. Owner was great and his knowledge helped pin point what the issue was and made for an easy repair job for them. I would hire them again in a minute. I highly recommend them to anyone considering needing a garage door.
