The technician, Craig, came to do a maintenance check on our door. I try to have these done once a year since the door is large and heavy. He could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional. He explained what needed to be done and why, and quoted two price points for me to consider. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Craig even pointed out some features of my system I didn't know I had. I give A-1 Garage Door my highest recommendation.

A1 Garage Door Service installed two new garage doors at our residence and did a excellent job. Their work was very neat, clean and professional. They were on time and completed the job in one day. Great Job A1!

The workers they sent were very diligent. They even helped install the light bulbs into the new garage door motor and completely wipe down the outside of the garage door and frame before they left. Very friendly and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door installed or repaired, for that matter.

Original quote was not adequately communicated to the worker that came to do the job. Discounts that were applied to original quote were not honored. Ultimately got working new door but damage to new drywall from work not being performed correctly from beginning.
