Could have/should have done a better job of replacing all the dirt dug from the hole next to the foundation.

The mold and asbestos testing was done was in my chimney down into the basement and also went into my furnace. I looked at the basement walls about 10 in. was back with mold and also tested my furnace was a 9 on toxic level. They came in removed all mold and waterproofed basement installed new sump pump and also air purifier system it was worth the money. Now no one has to worry about breathing in toxic poisoning. Chris and Nick did an excellent job for Stay Dry.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the waterproofing process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. He also provided a detailed timeline for the project, which helped me plan accordingly. The installation crew arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the project on schedule. They were respectful of my property, kept the work area clean, and were mindful of noise levels. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work and level of service provided by Stay Dry Waterproofing. My basement is now completely dry and I have peace of mind knowing that my home is protected from water damage. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of waterproofing services. They truly deserve 5 stars!

SCAM. Save your money. Did â mold remediation for $3700 on our crawl space just to find out upon inspection of the house 30 days later that it did not appear any work was even done - the space was still absolutely covered in mold. After seeking opinions from other professionals, all agreed that the remediation could not have even been completely properly with the condition of the crawl space as they sprayed over the insulation, not even touching the mold. When confronted about the issue & requesting a refund for the shoddy work the owner became obscene, cursing & demanded his company be allowed back to inspect the work (as if we would trust them in our home after that) & then stated he was blocking us. We paid another company $6000+ TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. & Seems his favorite line to use is â everyone has buyer remorse when his company just has a pattern of scamming people as reviews show. Buyers beware.

The whole experience was great starting from the estimate. The salesman explained the solution to the problem. The team came out on the day they promised, even though it was raining. They finished about when they thought. Although I was out of town and unable to inspect the work, the team texted me photos and explained it to my neighbor. Nice job!

The company was hired to perform mold remediation after failing a home inspection. The company was selling mold remediation for 3500.00 or encapsulation with remediation for around 15,000.00 but I do not have. They inspected the crawlspace and agreed to perform mold remediation. The service was completed in about a 30-minute time frame. The home was re-inspected to fail once again. The reinspection was completed by a mold remediation expert that reported this work should have never been done and was done completely improperly. The specialist reported that the insulation should have been removed prior to remediation and should not have been completed due to no barrier on the ground of the crawlspace. Stay Dry proceeded with remediation and took my money that should have never been done. The owner of stay dry reached out to me and explained to him I just wanted a refund. He began to speak loudly and stated he was entitled to correct the problem, however, I have no interest in having him perform work on my home. He over spoke me and I began to return the escalation in tone and could not get an answer to a simple question as to why he sprayed over insulation for mold remediation and his answer was f- you, you d*** (witnessed by two professionals). I ended the conversion at that point as it was a true reflection of his professionalism that is directly displayed by his work. I just want a refund.
