Supreme Termite Pest Control

The project was simple and lasted only about one hour. Evading home is not neccessary. Its cool.

Rich was very easy to work with and did a very good job of explaining what was to be involved with a termite treatment. The weather was the only thing that caused delays with the treatment being performed.

The rep called before he came which we appreciated he was experienced and did a complete inspection

They responded immediately. It did take 2 trips to exterminate the mice.

Rich called me back immediately and came out the very next morning to inspect our yard and house. Fleas are very hard to get rid of so he sprayed inside and out and used foggers inside which he had to purchase shortly before coming to the house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience much better!

I had a bee & wasp problem. They sealed off where they were coming into the house, but never dealt with the fact they were already in the house. I still needed additional treatment from another source to actually kill the bees.

Rich was very informative how the wasps migrate to nests on our porches. Rich did a three step process and I believe the wasps are gone and I can safely use my front door again and not worry about my guests getting stung.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Prompt follow up and scheduling. Although I paid for 1 visit Rich offered to come back in 10 days to repeat a treatment at no charge if the problem hasn't improved !! No pressure or hard sell tactics for getting regular treatments. Very happy I found these folks and definitely plan on calling them for any future issues that develop.

I called Rich on the phone and he came out as soon as he could and inspected our yard and the basement and told me what was the best thing to do for our home. He was completely honest. They could have lied and said that they are already got in our house and they are all over and it would cost a lot of money to get rid of them. However, Rich and Brian came out very quickly and told us that just for right now we just needed the outside of the foundation done and nothing else. There were no signs of the termites inside the home.They were very professional and very caring people. I would highly recommend them to come to your house next.,... you won't be sorry !!! Don't scream... Just call Supreme !!! Thanks Guys !!
