I called as I had yellow jackets living in a hole in an exterior wall of the garage. He came out sprayed some stuff and shoved powder in the hole. In 2 days, the bugs were gone.

Rich is great to work with. I called on Thursday night, and he was out Friday to treat the area. I had a yellow jacket nest in the brick retaining wall along my drive, and they were very aggressive. Several people were stung, including myself. He called several times to follow up and make sure they were gone, and was going to come back out to treat again (no charge) if they were still around. But he got it the first time!!

The tech/Rich responded within 10 minutes of my inquiry. His service was extremely professional. Explained the steps required to address the problem with clear concise understanding. He was prompt, took care of business and guaranteed if the issue was not resolved he scheduled a follow up service to eliminate the wasps concern at no extra charge. Totally satisfied with the service and company. Kudos!!

Contacted me and came out the same day. Used 3 different chemicals and the yellow jackets are gone. They offered to come back the next day if the bees were still there, but they are gone. I would definitely call them again.
