The 1 Tree Service

We hired The 1 Tree Service to take care of tree problems on two rental properties (so you know we are very cost conscious). First property needed a very large (and high) walnut tree limbed along with a neighbor's tree encroaching on our property cut way back. Both of these were taken care of in the AM. The next property had a very old, large maple that needed to come down. Again, problem solved by working non-stop throughout the afternoon. I was skeptical that both properties would be completed in one day, but because of the crew and the equipment they had, the job was done. Your typical CraigsList crew could not have done the job in the time and with the care and professionalism that The 1 Tree Service crew did it. When the tree work was done, they took time to clean up afterwards, leaving the yards in better shape than when they started. As for value, they were within $100 of the lowest bid, $1100 under the highest bid, and the only ones to offer proof of liability and worker's comp insurance at the time of quoting the job (and no pressure to sign anything). We own other properties and will definitely rely on The 1 Tree Service the next time we need any tree service of any kind. Bonus: The follow-up from the office is prompt and friendly. I have rarely found any contractor to give as fine a service as these guys! I will have no further need to get additional quotes on future work--The 1 Tree Service has the next job.

Every one in the office and the crew that did the work were friendly and professional. They did an awesome job. We had 3 large pine trees removed. They did an amazing job cleaning up and leveling out the ground where the trees had been. You would not know that 3 large trees used to be there. Would definitely use them again.

An excellent experience from a team of professionals. Their detailed estimates, copies of insurance and bonding, and timeliness put them in a league of their own. A truly professional team who completed the job by cleaning up all debris - leaving my yard looking nicer than when they arrived.
