Note sent to the company on March 10th after completion of the work: I want to compliment you and the tree pruning crew that took care of my trees today. First, I thank you for getting my tree pruning service work moved up as a result of a last minute cancellation. Your pleasant demeanor and conscientious follow up are a sign of a good company for providing customer services. Secondly, the pruning crew did an outstanding job. They were here from 8:15 am to 1:15 pm. They too were conscientious and worked so well together. All three of them could do just about everything and helped each other without prompting. They did not stand around or goof-off or even take a break that I saw. It was all efficiently-working-together. When they left my yard was spotless and so was the neighbor's where some of the pruning fell and was collected. There even was no debris remaining in the street. These were a great bunch of personnel who are real assets for your company. My complements to all involved,
