They were nice people. They worked very hard even in the very cold recent weather. They were very careful trimming down tree limb around electric wiring.

Only negative was team had scheduled a day and didn't show up with no call to inform me. They called the next day. Staff did a nice ob though.

These guys showed up on rainy cold day and thinned out a large pear tree for me. Everyone was exceptionally friendly starting with the office staff. Fun to talk with. I had a lot of questions and had them all answered. I would definitely use this tree service again and I would recommend them.

There were very friendly and professional there GREAT at what they do. They cleaned up every time they cut on my trees. I would highly recommend with 5 STARS to anyone. The lady answering the phone was really nice. The company came right out to give me the estimate They came on the day scheduled. I had asked them to leave me some firewood. When I got home from work they had left bug chunks that there is no way I could move. I called to see if they could split the pieces and move them out of my flower bed. they said they are not allowed to split the wood. I told them that they needed to come back and take away the big trunk pieces because there is no way I can move them. They said they would and have never returned. They were paid 875.00 for this job that was not completed! I am a 62 year old woman and cannot move these heavy pieces! If they would of told me that they couldn't split the wood before they started I would have told them not to leave any! Their secretary had no idea about the rule either, because she had to call and ask them.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We did make a mistake and we are very sorry for that. As soon as this was brought to my attention I had La'nell in the office call you and apologize and let you know that the guys will be out before the end of the week to remove the logs and leave behind some firewood that you could use. Im so very sorry and hope that you might give us a try in the future. As a small family owned business we strive to do our very best and never want any customer to be upset or unsatisfied with us or the services we provide.
