Regular tune up turned into a high pressure sales pitch to replace the entire door and opener. Tech criticized every part of our system. Door is only six years old!

One of the springs on our garage door broke last night, with both of our cars inside the garage. There was no way to open the door. We called Village Garage Door around 8:30 PM, hoping to make a next day appointment. Josh said he could be at our house in a half an hour and would be happy to do the repairs that night! Sure enough, he arrived 30 minutes later and had the springs replaced and door working again in less than an hour. Josh explained the work to be done, gave us some advice on maintenance and thanked us for our business. He couldn't have been more professional, polite and thorough. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, too. The next time we need any repair or maintenance done on our garage door, there's no doubt we'll be calling Village Garage Door.

Awesome customer service! Our repairman, Josh was very knowledgeable and quick with the repair. Extremely impressed that Josh agreed to come out in the evening and provide an estimate and was blown away that he was able to make the repair that same evening. I would highly recommend Village Garage Door!
