Good workmanship and personable. Straight forward - tol me my garage door did not really need replacement but I replaced it anyway (my choice) since I wanted a quieter door and a belt drive. The combination of heavier door and belt drive made the overall system much quieter - which was the objective. approbelddw

Joseph and his partner were excellent. Both were friendly and professional. I had an emergency situation requiring repair of my garage door to make it operable asap and they got it done ,on time, very efficiently and for a fair price. I will use Village Garage Door again without hesitation.

Talk about quick response time....these guys were here before I hung up the phone. They inspected my old garage door and made a proposal on the spot. They showed up on time the next day and finished the installation in record time . The work was excellent quality! I'd hire them back any time.

When you can't get your car out of the garage, you need help quickly, and the Village Garage Door man (I think his name was Josh) was here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. He checked the entire door and the opening system and said everything looked good except for the spring which was broken. He efficiently replaced it and greased the track. I'm a very senior woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of a garage door opener and he could have taken advantage of that, but he was honest and polite. If needed, I will call this company again.
