Josh From Village Garage Doors returned my original call and set up an appointment the same day. He was honest about pricing and availability. That made me feel comfortable with giving Village Garage Doors my business. They were back out to my home the next day. They worked fast and thorough. They were very professional and did not waste a lot of time. My door is back to normal and I can once again use my garage. The parts are upgraded and much more reliable.

Joe and Josh were extremely professional and courtesy. They were right on time and provided a 20-minute call-ahead, They explained everything they were going to do. Had a bracket replaced, new nylon wheels installed, and an overall "tune-up". As part of the tune-up, they noticed my tension coil was not as tight as it should have been and tightened accordingly as well as installed a support brace on the door opener for stabilization. Very very affordable!!! Can't say enough about these guys. Highly recommend!!!

Did a great job. Very informative and the lifetime warranty is nice. They were average to a little higher on the price to change the broken spring on my garage than what I researched online. Would definitely recommend though.

I needed my garage door fixed late on a Friday night. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and double-checked all their work. It would've been great service at any time of day but considering he finished at 1 a.m., it was exceptional!
