The owner was a pleasant young man, however a "phony." He is fortunate that he had two very hard working people, Don and Scott, otherwise his rating would be zero. The owner did not have a saw to cut the cement in the basement in a straight line, rather they had to use a drill making the lines crooked. At the end he was to install a new battery back up system and he brought a battery box and took my old batery and put it in the new box, knowing full well that I wanted to retain my battery. The battery was never connected properly. I had three sump pumps and I wanted to retain one of them - they took them all. When I tried to contact them to have the new battery installed the blocked me on their phones. So, my daughterc alled and they answered and promosed to come back. When they did not call after several dayts my grandson called and again they promise to come back. Well, after one month I finally sent them a text that I would take legal action and they finally sent the two labor guys who brought the new battery and made the connection. The walls of the basement were painted and old yellow streaks still show through the paint. I will repaint the walls myself and I'.m glad that I do not have to deal with them again. THey were on Angie's list I thought that was good enough for me.

Charged me 1.600 never replaced pipe that was leaking Returned once to put toilet seal.Still leaking will not return calls.This company is trash.

One of the reason we gave them all 4.0s is because they have to finish the yard and do their first drain clean-out in the spring of 2024. But at this point they have lived up to their contract and the price was OK and we are looking forward to the completion of the job this spring and they have been very professional about their work are pleased at this time.

These guys have been nothing but amazing! I called them after contacting another plumber and not only have they been more professional, but they have done an amazing job for half the price too! I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and their outstanding work!

While Iâ ll admit, they were quick on site and quick to complete the job. But after that no contact, no follow-up. While the contract says home owner responsible for landscaping, if you offer to return to remove debris from job and to finish the job by cutting back the huge pipe in my front yard, I expect you to good to your word. After 6 months of text and emails, Iâ ve gotten a single text stating weâ ll be out soon to finish. I still have the old clay tile and a pipe sticking 2 foot above grade. So it makes one wonder whether or not they will honor their guarantee if needed. Hire them if you need it fast, but after that, you are on your own! Now I have to hire another company to finish the job!

The AAA team did a great job of identifying the issue and kept the quoted amount on hold for us while we awaited our financing. The business owner kept in touch with us - letting us know that they would be available when we were ready. Their patience paid off. We met and scheduled the sewer line replacement for a Friday. The team showed up on time with the start and finish in the same day as we were told it would happen. We even received a follow up call a week later to ensure everything was in excellent working order. We were given recommendations on how soon to proceed with replacing grass etc. Excellent company to do business with. It was a lot easier to part with the money when you get great workmanship and service like AAA Damage Cont. Thank you all.
