Larry and his crew are great! They replaced my roof and skylights in June shortly after getting the quote. Looks nice! Had two leaks on two different occasions since then, no fault of theirs, and Larry had his crew out here to patch things up pronto! Thank you so much Larry and crew!

Larry and his crew from Community Home Services did an amazing job. I had a roof that needed to have the old shingles taken off and the new ones put on. I called him on a Sunday morning and was able to talk to him immediately. He agreed to come out to the job around noon that day to assess it. He was extremely professional and agreed to take on the job and do it the next day, Monday. His team of nine roofers showed up 8:30 am on Monday. They ripped the old shingles off and installed all the new shingles along with the drip edges, louvres, etc. They were done with the job by 6 pm. I've dealt with many contractors and had many good experiences with them, but Larry was by far the best experience I've had dealing and working with any contractor. He and his teams work ethics and professionalism was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to any one. An exceptional job completed at a very fair price and within a great time frame.

Larry and his crew were so professional. He called me the day I submitted the request, started the next day and finished on time. The work was some of the best I've had done and the worksite was clean each night. We found some unexpected problems and Larry and his lead carpenter Johnny worked me to solve it without going too much over the estimate. I will be hiring them again!

In addition to a new metal roof, they replaced my 3 entrance doors, and replaced and repaired my 2 outdoor entrance steps and porches. Couldn't be any happier. Terrific work done quickly with a large crew. Any issues they encountered we discussed and they made better than new, like better insulation than existed around the doors. The roof looks terrific as do the outside steps. I HIGHLY recommend this crew.

Larry is an outstanding professional in every way! I started with one project and he was more than reasonable so we added replacing a second deck! Minor issues were resolved in a most fair professional way and he will be my first call for any future repairs! His carpenters are seasoned professionals and great to work with!! He waited until completion for payment another great quality that speaks to his /their excellence as professionals!!

Very professional and easy to work with. Flexible hours. They worked fast and did a good job fixing the leak in my roof and the damaged sheet rock where the roof leaked into the bathroom. I found their rates to be reasonable for the job.
