I canâ t say enough about Larry and his crew. They replaced my deck, trimmed trees, replaced some siding and repaired and sealed my driveway. Price was very reasonable, and Larry and the guys are just great. Polite, funny and efficient. They cleaned up everything and left it looking so much better than before. I highly recommend them!

He quoted a price and although I tried to renegotiate after the work, he built value into the work done and I am very happy with the work done and the price. The crew he sent out were professional and did more than the contracted work. I highly recommend the company and Larry.

Called for an estimate and Larry came the very next day. We called to schedule the work and given a very reasonable three week wait time (especially considering COVID quarantining). Three workers arrived as scheduled and worked hard for two full days. They completed the wood siding repair on three side of our house. In addition, they repaired our aging screen porch with new screen, window openings, and creatively retrofitted the vinyl winter window replacements that I ordered separately into our unique application. They went over and above my expectations. More importantly, they exceeded my skeptical husband's expectations. We could not have asked for and received a better outcome. It is a thing of beauty to watch professional carpenters transform ugly into beautiful. We will use Community Home Services again.

Larry and his crew completely remodeled our deck and stairs. They were timely, professional, reasonable, neat...I could go on and on! At our request, they also replaced damaged roof tiles that we had not initially planned for. I would hire them again without question!

The repair truck didn't have the exact match for shingle color but I was able to select the close match and didn't have an issue with that. But I did have to make that choice. The workers went the extra mile and replaced some extra drip edge just in case there might be an unseen issue, good call.

They kept me informed the whole way.
