By far the worst experience I have had with any contractor. Be aware if Andy the owner knocks on your door (unsolicited) promising to fix storm damage to your roof. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT. He charged me $750 for a Property Inspection and another $150 for a Service Charge. Including minor repairs to 8 shingles, he was at my home for no more than 90 minutes. He was very unreasonable to work with and refused to provide me with a reasonable invoice for temporary work that was done. NOTE. I have had Local Insurance Adjustors tell me to be aware of his shady business tactics. STAY AWAY from ARP Roofing. There are much better options out there.

This customer used us to inspect/patch his roof. He promised to pay us for this service once his insurance company approved our work. We demanded no payment until it was approved and even were willing to accept whatever amount was approved, as a courtesy. Well, the homeowner decided to pocket all insurance proceeds and ignore our multiple requests to be paid. Funny how every once in a while someone takes advantage of our generosity, then rushes to the internet to tell a tall tale. Please refer to the 99% of our customers that have left reviews about our actual interactions.
