ARP was great. Andy Pollack who is the owner was always there for a question and if I needed any follow up, here was there within hour or at the time he stated he would be here. I had an unrelated incident with my fan hood blowing off my room and he came to fix it without charge, even though it wasn't their fault. Fixed it within hours after I called. Very satisfied with their service. Excellent

Roof leak not fixed during initial roof work. Took 5 return visits to finally fix it.
Response from Company:
The homeowner had an unrelated issue that caused the problem. We returned every time we were asked to and eventually fixed the issue that was unrelated to the work we were hired to do. We have yet to charge this customer for this unrelated work. The customer had a window that was leaking. We were hired to fix the roof.

Andrew came right out to give me an estimate for my roof. He was honest and told me exactly what i needed and his price was very good. I had a big project and he was able to start when i needed him to and completed the work in time for the holiday which is what i asked him to do. His workers were very neat and polite and they always cleaned up the worksite every night. I would use their company again and suggest if you are looking for a great roof at a reasonable price you call ARP. I was extremely happy and so will you.

ARP Renovation was extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They were honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. They assisted with all aspects ranging from materials, work schedules, and insurance claims. I had to hire other contractors to do electrical and heating/air repairs and was amazed at the level of incompentance and dishonesty that I encountered with the other companies. I would highly recommend ARP Renovation and would definately use them again.

Andrew came in with his crew, and repaired my siding and replaced my atic fan. He had the best price for doing the work involved. Him and his crew came in and did a great job, they cleaned up when they completed the job as well. I would hire them again .
